What does your credit score have to be to purchase a home?

A credit score of 500 or above has purchase potential.  Our head salesman is known in the industry as "The Credit Doctor" because he has helped thousands of people get into the home they have wished for.  When others can't get you into a home, give Jaco Sales a chance to do business with you.  

Right now, we are running a CREDIT REPAIR SPECIAL.  If your credit is too low, or too challenged to the point that it needs repair -- and ONLY if we cannot get you approved -- Jaco has enlisted the help of a CREDIT REPAIR SPECIALIST who will supervise and administer a credit improvement program.  This is a great way to boost your credit score significantly within a couple of months!  

How much money do I have to put down on the purchase of my home?

Our lenders decide the amount of the down payment.  A down payment is credit score driven and can be as much as 25%-35% of the purchase price and as little as 5%-10% down.
